The Tennessee Smokies thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising or community event. We will consider all donation request. The information below will guide you through the process of requesting a donation and provide you with an overview of our guidelines.

Please note the following when submitting your donation request: Requests are filled at the discretion of the Tennessee Smokies. Special consideration will be given to non-profit organizations, however not exclusively. As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the number of requests we receive. All donation requests will be reviewed within ten days of your event. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. Due to a large volume, all donation requests must be submitted no less than three (3) weeks in advance of your event and NO MORE than four (4) months out from your event - these guidelines help us better manage our requests. The request will be reviewed and considered in the order it was received, but you may not receive your donation until @ 10 days before your event date should the request be approved.
