The Tennessee Smokies thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising or community event. We will consider all donation request. Due to the amount of request we receive on a daily basis we ask you to be patient. The information below will guide you through the process of requesting a donation and provide you with an overview of our guidelines. Due to a large volume, all donation requests must be submitted no less than three (3) weeks in advance of your event and NO MORE than four (4) months out from your event - these guidelines help us better manage our requests. The request will be reviewed and considered in the order it was received, but you may not receive your donation until @ 10 days before your event date should the request be approved. Please do not contact us outside of the system.
